Description
• The State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Public Works - Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office), is establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of Corporate Health and Wellbeing Services within the following groups:
o Basic, workplace and executive health assessments;
o Skin checks;
o Health and wellbeing initiatives and activities; and
o Vaccinations.
• The proposed Arrangement will focus on the following key objectives:
o Achieving value for money by supporting the principles of the State Procurement Policy;
o Delivering health and wellbeing programs that result in sustained reductions in health risk factors;
o Providing a single whole-of-Government procurement pathway for Corporate Health and Wellbeing Services; and
o A greater emphasis on standardisation and multi-faceted evidence- based interventions.
• The proposed Arrangement will be established as a common-use, whole-of-Government supply arrangement for use by budget sector agencies, as defined in Schedule G of the State Procurement Policy 2010, and other Eligible Customers referenced in clause 16 of the Standing Offer Arrangement Conditions of Offer Version 003 dated 1 July 2011.
• The purpose of this Invitation is to seek offers from Offerors who possess the capabilities and experience to provide Corporate Health and Wellbeing Services as described in the Invitation to Eligible Customers. At the conclusion of the Invitation Process, it is anticipated that a whole-of-Government Arrangement for Corporate Health and Wellbeing Services will be established with one or more Successful Offerors within each of the specified Services.
o Basic, workplace and executive health assessments;
o Skin checks;
o Health and wellbeing initiatives and activities; and
o Vaccinations.
• The proposed Arrangement will focus on the following key objectives:
