Description

The Department of Environment and Science through Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service is inviting offers from contractors for the construction of upgrading built assets at three (3) locations at Currawinya National Park.
The works include, but are not limited to: Refurbishment of kitchens and dining room; Installation of bathrooms; Construction of concrete pathway; Upgrade of roof; Upgrade of structual integraty; Replace roof, guttering, facia and walls; Upgrade external façade (all other external works); Internal general modernisation (all other internal works) as per the attached Project Brief and associated attachments.
The Successful Contractor will assume the role of Principal Contractor over the site.
Currawinya National Park’s southern boundary lies adjacent to the township of Hungerford on the Queensland / New South Wales border, and is south-west of Cunnamulla.
