The procurement is multi-staged. Stage 1 is to register the interest of suppliers and to arrange for their product to be tested for compliance to Department of Transport and Main Roads Specification: ES101 & ES102. Suppliers whose product is found to be conforming will be invited to a 2nd stage - obtaining information around the offeror's performance and pricing against a range of evaluation criteria.
