Description
The PSC are currently seeking Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to provide an experiential learning approach to leadership and management for the public sector. The PSC is seeking to establish a state wide panel to deliver the Practical People Management Matters program (PPMM).
The PPMM program is aimed at first-time supervisors and managers (AO4s – AO7s or equivalents). PPMM comprises a 5 day face to face delivery comprising 7 topic areas (modules) which can be customised and provided in a format agreed with purchasing agencies. PPMM includes coverage of material to enable participants to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning for 3 Certificate IV Units of Competency.
