Engagement of a Pega LSA through the vendor Coforge DPA Australia PTY LTD to assist with delivering required solutions to Courts Tribunal and Service Delivery (CTSD) businesses. There is an ongoing and urgent need to secure a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) for Frontline Divisional Services (FDS) (FDS – CTSD) – CTSD to assist the CTSD Pega System Administrators (SA) in providing support for the several Pega applications used by business centres which fall within the CTSD portfolio. Since go live three years ago, significant product enhancements and bugs were identified in the Pega applications. Some of these were carried over from the project phase whilst others were identified in the live environment. To date, these remain unresolved due to the complexity involved in bug fixing and enhancing the Pega applications. As such, a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is required to assist with delivering the required solutions to CTSD businesses.
