Description
This tender is for the appointment of a builder to construct 30 turnkey dwellings on lots 153, 164, 206, 211, 215, 220 & 8003 in stages 1, 5, 6 & 7 at Fitzgibbon Chase (refer to attached plans in tender documentation).
The project includes turnkey delivery of 30 dwellings in a two stage contruction process utilising the ULDA Special Conditions of Contract dated September 2012 and Australian Standards AS 4300 -1995 Design and Construct Contract. The first stage will be for the delivery of 16 dwellings on lots 164, 206, 211 & 220 preferably completed by 30 June 2013. The second stage will be for the delivery of 14 dwellings on lots 153 & 8003 required by 31 December 2013. Each lot will be treated as a separable portion within the contract.
