Description
• Development of a Traffic Guidance Scheme to optimise efficiency and limit network impacts. Traffic control measures to include detours within the CBD and may extend to South Brisbane or wider network (including ramps to / from the northbound Pacific Motorway) and surrounding road network.
• A brief report outlining the options considered including through detailed macro levelling modelling to support the recommended proposal (for example aaSidra) and interpretation of the likely traffic impacts on the wider network due to the closures.
• Recommendations for signal timing's and any enhancements to optimise traffic flow and efficiency.
• All information provided is to be RPEQ certified.
