As part of the Cyber Uplift Enablement Program, The purpose of this engagement is to document the Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy for the PRIME application, complete implementation of the proposed DR solution, document the process for DR activation and fail back, and confirm timings for DR activation. Variation 1 Extending the end date from 28/03/2024 to 28/10/2024. The contract value increased by $67,100(exc GST) bringing the total contract value to $257,100(exc GST) Variation signed 22/08/2025 Variaiton 2 Extending the end date from 28/10/2024 to 28/04/2025. The contract value increased by $45,500(exc GST) bringing the total contract value to $302,600(exc GST) Variation signed 20/03/2025
