Coomera State School Amenities Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing Amenities building at Coomera State School, located at Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209.

The project includes full refurbishment of the existing Amenities building and is to be delivered under a Medium Works Contract.

The position of the building is to the south east of the Administration building. All works are to be completed by 10 April 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with appropriate QBCC Builders licences and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
