Engineering Design Services: Major Road Package Northshore

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) require the services of an engineering consultant to develop the detailed design for the roads and associated works that, when delivered, will create multiple mixed-use sites for:

• The ultimate Northshore Development Area; and
• Serviced development sites to support the development of the Brisbane Athletes Village (BAV) at Northshore for the 2032 Olympics and Paralympic Games.

Whilst not all roads in Northshore will need to be delivered ahead of the Games, the majority will be required and therefore all roads and associated works need to be designed due to the connected nature of the road network and to manage interface risk.
