RFS is looking enhance its current MSTT capabilities – test governance, testing automation capability and test engagement and advisory to RFS's ICT department, , and RFS testing services support, maintenance and improvements – which will be critical to achieving RFS business goals and strategy, providing RFS's stakeholders with support during peak activity periods, emergencies, and the Christmas holiday break. Further to this, the newly engaged partner will be bound to SLAs and improving service quality.
