Elliot Road and Sydney Road ? Road Planning Study

Further information on the Department is available at www.dplh.wa.gov.au The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (Department/Customer) on behalf of the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), is seeking an offer to undertake a road planning study, as detailed in this Request for Quote, to develop 15 percent concept road design drawings and land protection plans for a suitable Other Regional Roads (ORR) alignment for Elliott Road, and Sydney Road including sections of Joyce Road and Franklin Road, within the Mid-Tier Transport Corridor (MTTC) study area within East Wanneroo. This study will inform the WAPC and the City of Wanneroo (City) on the latest 15 percent concept road design drawings and land protection plans for the MTTC in the Perth Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) for future development by the local government.
