MINOR WORKS CONTRACTOR

The South Australian Housing Trust is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to dismantle, transport and re-erect various tenant external improvements within the metropolitan area of Adelaide, the majority being in the northern and north-western suburbs. Broadly, the work involves dismantling tenant owned garages, sheds, pergolas and other minor outbuildings, transportation to a new location and reassembling. Lodging of building and planning applications is also required. The successful contractors will be multi-skilled in minor construction work and will be suitably licensed and insured. Selection will be on a number of criteria including a demonstrated background of successful customer liaison.
