The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking a contractor to construct public toilets within the Glenelg Town Hall, a State Heritage listed building. The scope of works include: demolition of existing office and storage areas; construction of new and upgraded toilet facilities; make good all outside surfaces; demolition of former Scampi building; make good area as a result of demolition of Scampi building.
