SA Housing Authority is seeking to acquire services from an organisation with the capability to deliver / work in partnership to deliver the following services:
- Property and tenancy management and support for the 27 social housing tenancies and for the Youth Crisis Service
- Service provision for the Youth Crisis Service (Youth110)
- Retail spaces – tenancy and property management for retail tenants (negotiable where interest and capability exist)
- Place making – whole of building place making activities (negotiable where interest and capability exist)
