Description
PIRSA is establishing AgTech start-up hubs to support AgTech innovators develop entrepreneurship and technology capabilities and assist them to solve critical industry challenges.
PIRSA requires case management by one or more expert ‘AgTech Intermediaries’ to provide tailored advice, insight, support and mentoring to AgTech start-ups. Specifically:
- Curation of a targeted list of AgTech start-ups to attract and integrate onto the PIRSA AgTech Hubs.
- Facilitation of commercial and technical due diligence on potential AgTech start-up hub participants to determine suitability and identify risks.
- Assistance to AgTech start-ups to establish a scaleable business model, attract investment capital, and build operations.
- Linking AgTech start-ups to relevant government and non-government entrepreneurial programs.
