Description
The City of Salisbury (the Council) invites Tenders for the delivery of Certificate IV in Leadership and Management Program (Field Program) (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.
The Council is looking for a provider to deliver a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management for 12 – 24 Field Services Leading Workers (and some Coordinators). As part of the LGE Enterprise Agreement Leading Workers Grades 4 – 7 require leadership qualifications plus relevant trade qualifications.
