Description

A Panel is being established for the provision of Governance and Executive Search Services.

The Governance stream will focus primarily on board governance reviews, including evaluating overall performance, reviewing internal procedures and processes, analysing the strategic directions and objectives, determining adherence to corporate governance best practice standards and relevant policies and procedures, and consideration of the appropriate skills mix required of for the Board going forward.

The Executive Search Services stream will include identifying the capability, skills and experience required for a specific board, committee or entity (noting this may be at the executive or board level), identifying suitable candidates and undertaking referee and background checks.

Entities are invited to submit tenders demonstrating their capability to provide services in either or both categories.

The Panel will be accessible to all Commonwealth departments, Commonwealth entities and wholly owned Commonwealth companies, for example Government Business Enterprises.
