Provision of Gardening Services for Challenger Institute of Technology

Challenger Institute of Technology aims to provide its staff, students and visitors a high quality garden environment that is both safe and pleasant. To this end, gardening contractors play an important part in helping to provide a healthy environment conducive to learning. Challenger Institute of Technology has a requirement for the provision of gardening services at the following premises:
GROUP 1
• ACEPT CAMPUS: 9 Gardiner Ave, Munster WA 6166; and
• HENDERSON CAMPUS: 12 Egmont Road, Henderson WA 6166.
GROUP 2
• KWINANA CAMPUS: Cnr Gilmore Avenue and Sulphur Road, Orelia WA 6167; and
• ROCKINGHAM CAMPUS: Simpson Ave, Rockingham WA 6168.
GROUP 3
• E-TECH CAMPUS: 41 South Terrace, Fremantle WA 6160; and
• MARITIME CAMPUS: 1 Fleet Street, Fremantle WA 6160.
GROUP 4
• MURDOCH CAMPUS: 130 Murdoch Drive, Murdoch WA 6150
GROUP 5
• FREMANTLE CAMPUS: 15 Grosvenor Street, Beaconsfield WA 6162

The extent of services shall include the provision of supervision, labour, materials and equipment necessary to meet the requirements of this Request and includes the following functions:
(a) Lawn maintenance;
(b) Garden bed maintenance;
(c) Pruning/Tree lopping;
(d) Reticulation system maintenance;
(e) Replacement of Trees/Plants/Shrubs/Indoor Plants;
(f) General site cleaning;
(g) Supply of Top Dressing, Fertilisers and Chemicals; and
(h) Advisory services concerning horticultural procedures and practices to ensure an aesthetic and pleasing appearance of the grounds, lawns, gardens and pathways etc.
