Description
The renewal subscriptions provides Department of Communities (Communities) with the required licenses for the functioning of applications on the Salesforce platform. The two applications that currently run on Salesforce platform are: Adoption Information System (AIS) ? the system captures the Post Adoption Services provided by Communities.SafeNet ? the system is used by the FDV Hubs, which is a network of Community Sector Organisations, to record the referral and case management needs. The required software licenses are due for renewal on the 1 July 2024.
