The Total Fire Ban Information Line enables the public to have any fire ban related questions answered by a process of DFES agreed responses. This request is seeking a Respondent to provide the call centre for the Total Fire Ban Information Line. The call centre will be required to log question and answer details and provide weekly and annual reports.
