Develop, maintain and update the Asbestos Registers at all Hospitals under the jurisdiction of the North Metropolitan Health Services (NMHS)

The North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) is seeking Offers for the provision of services to develop, maintain and update the Asbestos Materials Registers and Asbestos Management Plan at all hospitals under the jurisdiction of the NMHS.

The Request will include an assessment of the nature and condition of in-situ asbestos and hazardous-containing materials within the building fabric and general services to assess the potential for building occupants to be exposed to hazardous materials or asbestos which will also include the ongoing maintenance and updating of the asbestos/hazardous materials registers located at each site annually.

However, please note that the services for the removal of asbestos/hazardous materials from NMHS sites and its disposal will be excluded from the Request requirements.
