Description
Repair, maintenance and replacement of Mechanical Cooling condensers, refrigeration pipe work and the cooling equipment for the other Ranks Mess at Gallipoli Barracks. This includes:
- Replace condensing units, new pipe work as well as capture and dispose of redundant refrigerant.
- Minor building works to facilitate the changes and temporary cool / freezer rooms to maintain operations of the mess.
- Upgrade and modifications to Building Management system.
