Invitation to Tender Roofing Replacement and Associated Works Marmion Primary School
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the roofing replacement and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Marmion Primary School
Tenderers will need to register their intent to tender these works with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by 4.00pm Tuesday 13 November 2012.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Wednesday 14 November 2012 at Marmion Primary School, Cliverton Court, Marmion.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 22 November 2012.
