The Works are to modify specific portions of the existing building to allow the building to be used as the Head to Health Kids Hub and is as described in the Technical Specification and drawings. This includes: - Extensive strip out and demolition of the existing masonry and lightweight partitions and slabs - Structural re-support of suspended slabs where loadbearing masonry has been removed - Reconfiguration and fit out of existing layout - Creation of a lift shaft to accept a lift provided by others - Coordination of the lift install
