Bruce Highway (Mackay - Proserpine) Construction of two Overtaking Lanes

Contractors prequalified at R3 F10 and above are invited to tender to construct two overtaking lanes at the following location on the Bruce Highway (Mackay to Proserpine):

• Location 1: 40.09 – 41.40 km north of Mackay (south of Kitty Creek)

• Location 2: 47.735 - 48.84 km north of Mackay (south of Careys Creek)

Queensland Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry and Building Code 2013 apply to this Contract.

Tenders must be accredited under the Australian Government Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (BCII Act). When entering into contracts for building works, as defined under Section 5 of the BCII Act, the successful tenderer must ensure their accreditation is maintained under that scheme while the building work is carried out.
