Description
This tender comprises the design and construction of a 2 bedroom Clayblock Construction Duplex on Police Reserve at 149 McDowall Street, Roma, including connection of all services including but not limited to water, sewerage and telecommunications. A lump sum contract shall be applicable.
All site preparation works including any vegetation clearing will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer and costs for this should be included in the Lump Sum Tender Price.
