Description
This project consists of the design and construction training classroom and ablution facility area. Both buildings will be pre-fabricated modular buildings, manufactured off site and assembled on site.
The classroom building will accommodate 70 persons and include a teaching and presentation area.
The general ablution area will include minimum of 4 shower cubicles, 4 hand wash basins and 4 toilet cubicles. Within this area a section will be allocated for ambulant use with an external access ramp. This ambulant use area will include minimum 1 shower, 1 toilet cubicle and 1 hand wash basin.
Both buildings shall be access and mobility compliant and all associated services and system works to be fully functioning.
