Description
Offerors are invited to tender for the supply of Ticketing Services for an upcoming exhibition and associated events at Queensland Museum South Bank.
A summary of the requirements are;
* Basic ticketing: general admission, ticket heard customisation, timed ticketing.
* Online ticketing.
* Bar-coded tickets.
* Branded tickets.
* Box Office, including training QM staff to use the system in order to manage the box office.
* Reporting, including settlement reporting.
To ensure all offers are submitted in accordance with the requirements, Offerors are invited to the Mandatory Industry Briefing at 10:30am, Friday 4th March 2011 at the Information Desk on Level 2 of the Queensland Museum, Grey Street, South Brisbane 4101. Approximately 1 hour should be allocated for this briefing.

Only Offerors’ who attend this industry briefing, will be eligible to submit an Offer for evaluation.
