Tullawong State High School - Flexible Learning Area

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a New Flexible Learning Area
Building at Tullawong State High School, located at 22-70 Del Rosso Rd, Caboolture QLD 4510.

The new building contains 2 Classrooms, an office, a data room, a withdrawal room, a lifeskills classroom, a PWD Amenities, a
staff amenities, a staff PWD Amenities, a student amenities, a cleaners store and a covered outdoor learning area. The position
of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by July
2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
