The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Energy and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:

FNQ - WESTERN CAPE COLLEGE JNR + SNR- Fire Hydrant System Upgrade – Stage 12 Bundle 7

Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
• Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
• Professional Indemnity Insurance - Minimum of $2m
• Office located within the FNQ region
• Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher)
