Cannon Hill State School DDA Upgrade Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of disability compliant upgrades at Cannon Hill State School, located at 845 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill Qld 4170 as part of the Ed4All program.

The upgrades include construction of new disabled car parks, demolition of exisitng paved pathway and construction of a new disabled pedestrian access to front of school, construction of a 2 storey lift, construction of disabled access toilets x 2 and various ramps. All works are to be completed by September 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
