Description
The Queensland Government - Shared Services Group DSITI is seeking Proposals for a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solution
The Principal has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
- improving and automating existing end-to-end internal controls
- simplifying and improving processes through increasing operational efficiencies
- reducing costs by optimising risk management process effectiveness
- detecting potential errors or fraud earlier in the processing cycle
- while providing a higher quality service to customers
The successful supplier will manage the implementation of the solution to ensure a seamless integration with the current Financial and HR data systems and processes.
The procurement requirement is for an ongoing solution that continues to fulfil the requirements of the CCM system and for QSS customer agencies by providing a set of technologies to reduce business losses and the cost of audits through controlling the following:
- account payable (duplicate invoices)
- corporate cards
- vendor master data
- customer master data
- payroll
