SAP Support - T62-23

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced SAP Contractors to provide enterprise resource management system maintenance, technical and support services. The services required fall under two categories: remote (and on-site where required) monitoring and support/maintenance; and technical services for enhancements on the existing Council SAP system. Support should cover the SAP environment including BASIS (including transport and environment management), management/maintenance of the operating system and database, security support, application support including application of support packs and functional/technical enhancements as required by and agreed with the Council. The SAP system used by Council covers the following business processes: • Financial Management • Human Capital Management • Procurement • Plant Maintenance • Fleet Management • Sales and Distribution Management.
