Design – Perth Stadium Station Facility Works

The PTA requires upgrades to the infrastructure at the Perth Stadium Station to meet operational needs and address security issues, which are: To meet future needs, the secure car parking facility for the Transperth Train Operation’s (TTO) Train Drivers / PTA Staff needs an additional 35 bays. The current facility contains 23 bays, which will require redesigning to fit the additional bays to meet operational demands.To address security issues with the noise wall located between Perth Stadium Station and Burswood Station. Several trespassers have used this area to enter the rail reserve to illegally tag trains. The PTA requires the services of a qualified and experienced designer to carry out the required design works as well as provide engineering support throughout the life of the project. There are two work packages, which are as follows: Work Package 1 - Perth Stadium Station Car Pack Upgrade; and Work Package 2 - Perth Stadium Station to Burswood Station Security Improvement.
