Civil Drainage & Earthwork Maintenance (Cyclic and ad-hoc Maintenance Works)

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) Network and Infrastructure (N&I) Civil Branch is responsible for managing and maintaining all civil infrastructure on the network to support train services' safe and reliable operation. The branch has an ongoing requirement for general works for civil maintenance, construction, and minor capital/operational projects, which include both new works and ongoing maintenance/repair work. This service is crucial in providing maintenance, construction, upgrades, and modifications of the N&I Civil Branch assets, contributing to the PTA network's overall performance, reliability, and compliance. Failure to deliver this service would significantly impact the operability and continuity of service on the PTA network, particularly as the network expands and current projects come online. The PTA seeks the provision of Services, includes providing a Civil Drainage and Earthwork maintenance crew for cyclic and ad-hoc maintenance works on N&I Civil branch assets, including, but not limited to: Culverts, Drainage, Access Roads, Retaining Walls, and Embankments throughout the PTA Network.
