CQUniversity - Medical Echo-Cardiograph Sonography Equipment for Brisbane Campus

CQUniversity is seeking Quotations for CQURFQ-17-416-HED – Provision of Medical Echo-Cardiograph Sonography Equipment to the CQUniversity Brisbane City Campus.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

Two (2) Premium Cardiovascular Ultrasound Systems that meeting the following specifications/inclusions:

• Large display monitor, ergonomic console (Readily visible controls for image optimisation and modality activation)
• System manoeuvrability
• Full adult cardiac measurement package
• Support for DICOM image export to external media or PACS
• Simultaneous display of 2 live imaging planes in both colour and grey scale mode
• 2D/3D transthoracic echo transducer solution - (superior pixel resolution capable of supporting all cardiac disciplines including, 2D, Colour, Doppler, LV volume, 3D/4D and Strain applications, orthogonal plane imaging and rotation ideally in a single transducer solution)
• D2CW Non-imaging Doppler transducer
• Five (5) year extended onsite warranty including labour, parts, travel and single transducer exchange per annum

Additional software requirements:

• One (1) Automated 3D Left Ventricular and Left Atrial Package including quantification tools
• One (1) Advanced Quantification Speckle tracking / Strain application including quantification tools

Two (2) Premium ‘mobile’ Cardiovascular Ultrasound Systems meeting the following specifications/inclusions:

• Large display monitor, ergonomic console (Readily visible controls for image optimisation and modality activation)
• Full adult cardiac measurement package
• Support for DICOM image export to external media or PACS
• Single crystal probe 1-5MHz Phased array transducer
• D2CW Non-imaging Doppler transducer
• Portable battery power pack for mobile operation
• Mobility cart with storage facilities for consumables, transducers and portable power supply, and lockable castors. Cart needs to be height adjustable.
• Minimum 12 month onsite warranty including labour, parts, travel and single transducer exchange per annum.

Ultrasound systems need to be industry popular to support smooth transition of students from simulated learning environment to clinical placement within the Australian health care setting.

Fourteen (14) offline compatible software viewer licences offering offline quantification tools, study management and reporting program. Compatible with Windows –XP, -7, -8 and -10. Excludes PC hardware.

One (1) offline compatible software viewer licence offering offline quantification tools, study management and reporting program PLUSadvanced analysis capable of 3D LV and left atrial quantification and 2D speckle tracking quantification. Compatible with Windows –XP, -7, -8 and -10. Excludes PC hardware.

One (1) advanced ECG system meeting the following specifications/inclusions:

• Patient PIM box and two sets of ECG leads/Alligator clips
• On-board, automated reporting software with advanced algorithms for accurate diagnostic interpretation (Interpretative analysis for up to 16 leads)
• Large digital colour display screen
• Compact and portable system capable of extended battery operation
• Mobility cart with storage facilities for consumables, leads, portable power supply, and lockable casters.
• Minimum 12 month warranty including labour and parts

Delivery and Installation at the CQUniversity Brisbane Campus, Level 8, 160 Ann Street, Brisbane, QLD.

Note: Successful respondant must sign a contract with CQUniversity before any goods or services are provided. Attached is our template Goods and Services contract, which will form the basis contract for any resultant transaction.
