Description

The Department of Transport (DoT) Maritime Waterways Safety Directorate provides boater information across the State of Western Australia. This is primarily provided in the form of signage at boating facilities, boat ramps and boating locations.

Maritime is seeking a suitably experienced service provider to manufacture and supply various signs, frames, poles and brackets on an “as and when required” basis. The signage will be installed in the natural environment and subject to harsh marine conditions, across the whole of the State of Western Australia, from the far north to the south coast. A large majority of the signs may be subject to full sun and salt for the majority of their lifespan, particularly in the North-West and coastal areas in the South-West. The level of sun exposure and sign location must be taken into consideration with regards to the ink colour guarantee.

Maritime intends to develop a working relationship with a Contractor that understands the needs of the Unit and supplies a quality product each and every time an order is produced.
