Mackay Regional Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit an offer for the PreferredSupplier Arrangements (PSA) for the supply, delivery and / or installation of asphaltic concrete surfacing, sprayed bituminous sealing and bitumen treated base as well as the supply to stockpile storage of asphaltic concrete, bituminous cold mix and bituminous emulsion.
