The successful service provider will ideally have: expertise in public sector integrity and ethics, including an understanding of the drivers of ethical failurea thorough understanding of the NSW government sector context and authorising environmentexpertise in adult learning principles and facilitation of workshops to senior executivesthe ability to design and deliver the required number of sessions by 30 June 2026, with the option to extend a further twelve months, subject to budget and demand. The Principal will provide general guidance on the workshop design and highlight potential key focus areas based on feedback from previous iterations of this workshop that were aimed at different target audiences. It will also assist with coordinating guest speakers and communicating with the sector to advertise the sessions. The two main deliverables are: Workshop design and contentDeliver and facilitate workshops All initial 25 workshops are to be delivered by 30 June 2026, however the Principal may add additional workshops, and extend the program for a further twelve months, subject to budget and demand at its sole discretion.
