Surf Beach Stairways and Amenities Upgrades

The Nature Parks manages a varied array of infrastructure throughout its beaches and reserves. Specific to this Tender, are beach access stairway structures and toilet amenities identified for upgrades.

Condition reviews have been undertaken which describe current status of structures guiding our priorities within the Nature Parks for our long-term capital works program.

Identified structures have been categorised by existing structural condition, geographical location and/or function to form two components within this Tender. The two components are:

• The Surf Beach Stairways Upgrades
• Toilet Amenity Upgrades

The Nature Parks is seeking a designer to provide design services for the above components of the project. Elements of each component are outlined in the scope.

The respondents must have the appropriate experience and qualifications to meet the specific design requirements and provide value for money while conforming to Government policies and probity requirements.
