Program Review and Evaluation

To establish a Panel of suppliers for Program Review and Evaluation that have experience in the development and implementation of a range of evaluation methodologies to undertake specific Departmental evaluation activities.

In order to perform these activities, tenderers should demonstrate:

• A sound understanding and appreciation of the Australian health system, particularly with respect to the responsibilities and procedures of the Commonwealth and State and Territory Health Departments;
• information on the expertise of nominated personnel for program evaluations or reviews, particularly in the health sectors;
• an ability to appropriately address the needs and/or sensitivities of special interest groups, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people from rural and remote communities.
