Description
Supply an integrated set of IT service management tools that will assist the Information and Communication Technology Branch perform the following processes: Service Desk and Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and optionally Service Level Management. The solution is to include a relational Configuration Management Database and a means to manage workflow within and between the processes. The service provider will also be required to deliver implementation services to assist with installing, configuring and customising the software for DFAT’s environment.
