Description
The Department invites Tenders for the supply of digital photocopiers. The Department will require between eight and fourteen photocopiers of varying capacity. The successful Tenderer will be required to supply photocopiers to various locations within the Department and provide the incidental services set out in the Specification including installation, training, servicing support and maintenance. The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into two contracts with the Department - the Conditions of Contract and a Maintenance Agreement which will be negotiated with the successful Tenderer.
