Over the Counter and Associated Ancillary Services Common Use Arrangement
The Western Australian State Government has a requirement for Over the Counter (OTC) services for the collection of monies and associated transactions presented in person by Western Australian community on behalf of Public Authorities. The CUA will contain three categories and detailed requirements for each of the following categories will be provided in the request.
i Category A - Over the Counter Invoice Payment Services
ii Category B - Over the Counter Services - Timed Transactions
iii Category C - Optional Ancillary Services
