Description
Finance is seeking a Document Assembly System to assist procurement professionals to draft standard form procurement templates. GP initially wants to upload and automate the Request template referred to in Appendix A with the potential to automate other procurement documents later.
Currently GP staff manually amend these templates in Microsoft Word in order to generate documents such as Requests for Quotation and Requests for Tender. Finance is seeking a flexible and user friendly system which uses a standardised interface and allows legal clauses to be quickly and easily integrated into the Request documents.
The software must be currently available in the market and used successfully elsewhere in Australia and/or overseas.
