Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Plaster Tile Ceiling Replacement Works at Westfield Park primary School.

The Works include but are not necessarily limited to;

  • Removal of ACM and obtain associated clearances.
  • Removal of ceiling
  • Installation of new mineral fibre ceiling
  • Supply of containers/boxes to the school for temporary storage
  • Full protection of all equipment in each room
  • Disconnection and relocation of any IT equipment, connection again on completion of works
  • Full floor protection and commercial clean on completion.
  • All ceiling intruder detection to be relocated to be wall mounted, contractor will be responsible for any static guard costs should they be required when disconnecting and reconnecting intruder detection and smoke/fire detection services. All areas are required to be armed at the end of each day shift. Education Security to be informed of any disconnections prior to works commencing.
  • Mechanical vents and ducting to be removed and re-instated as required. Any redundant mechanical services to be left as is as these will be included in future Works.
