DBCARIAT0522 - Provision of Marketing Communication Services

Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking to appoint a single supplier who can understand the unique intricacies of RIA’s business and ensure more consistent, economic, proactive and effective marketing output.

RIA does not have a contracted marketing communication services agency. To-date all creative campaign work to support RIA’s advertising and marketing needs are briefed on an ad-hoc basis. As a result, RIA is seeking the opportunity to develop a long-term strategic working relationship with a creative marketing partner to deliver their ongoing communication.

The successful Respondent will work with RIA over a potential contract term of two (2) years and will need to deliver innovative marketing communication services including:

• Strategic Planning & Creative Services
• Marketing Implementation & Production Services

This includes:

• Consumer trends, insights & intelligence
• Campaign strategy & media planning
• Development of creative concepts
• Campaign production executions
• Brand and campaign effectiveness reporting
• Production of collateral for other RIA marketing purposes
• Integrated support for RIA’s owned and earned digital channels
