Department of Communities - Maddington Community Disability Housing Program (CDHP) - Bathroom Refurbishments.
Refurbishment of 12 bathrooms across 3 Disability Housing units. Works to be undertaken in a staged process as sites are operational.
A non-mandatory site inspection and/or tender briefing will be held Wednesday, 6 October 2021 at 12:00pm.
Please note that due to the premises and its operational requirements, there is a maximum of one representative per tenderer. Attendance by tenderers is not mandatory but highly recommended as there will not be other site briefing opportunities.
