Quantity Surveyor Services for the University of Tasmania Stadium Redevelopment

building measurement, estimating and evaluation of project design and construction methodologies; driving design and cost efficiencies throughout the design process; preparation of conceptual estimates, budget forecasts and advice on procurement strategies; cost planning and participating in value management and risk management processes; assisting in the preparation of contract documentation including the preparation of bills of quantities / schedules of quantities for tender and contract documentation; assisting with tender analysis, evaluation, and reporting advice; evaluation of contractor claims; coordinating and managing the work of other quantity surveyor sub-consultants; and providing quantity surveying services throughout the project life cycle.
